Do I ever pay more than $1 for one?
Not with USDG: the book fills only asks that beat $1 after the fee, and the rest is minted at $1. With ETH you pay the pool price of the swap, then mint at $1.
Where does the discount come from?
From holders who list OBOL below $1. When the book is empty there is no discount, and every buy mints at $1.
What does activation do?
It burns OBOL and credits the same amount, less the activation fee (), to the API balance of the wallet you name. Then you sign once to get a key.
